I get to see Johnny tomorrow! I'm excited! Its been over two weeks! Unfortunately we won't get any time alone together because his parents are coming down and my mom is off. We're trying to think of who all we want to invite to Evan's party. We definitely put it all off until the last minute though, but hey.. its only his first birthday :P He won't remember it anyways! A lot of the people I wanted to invite have already made plans or just can't make it.. suckage.

Things are good on my front. Been looking at some houses hoping to find our "dream" home, or at least a dream for now. John really wants something with a basement, lol. I took a little driving lesson with my mom today - did okay. I have my first OFFICIAL lesson on the 14th (Thursday) and its costing me 3 hours of my day and $1OO! Then on Saturday night is the Melvins show in Carrboro, NC and John and I have reserved a hotel room in Chapel Hill for the night (wink wink). We saw them once before together while I was pregnant and it was an AMAZING show.. AND they have a new album coming out!!

Welp, gonna rest up before tomorrow and before Evan possibly wakes up. I have the FUNNIEST picture of him that I'm going to upload to myspace tomorrow, hehehe. Thats where I usually put them!! Night!

Things are going very well in my life now. John and I are doing exceptional, and Evan is perfect (minus getting his 5th and 6th teeth in the top! Poor guy!) On the 14th I am more than likely taking my first OFFICIAL driving course - I'm excited. Mom was going to let me drive today but then her friend decided for us not to go over. I went and got a few cute tops today during the tax free weekend. 4 tops, a nighty, and a pair of panties (and some food items) for $5O! I also bought myself a new form of entertainment the other day, but we won't post about that here! Ha! My eyebrows are pretty much grown all the way in, I think it looks STRANGE! They are really light, too, haha. I have to put mascara on them and fill them in. Blah! I've been looking online for some houses in the area we live in, but most of them are out of our price range. Of course, if I get a job, maybe then we can get something! That or maybe a home buyer's grant or something. The only areas we can afford to live in are shitty bad neighborhoods, or Rock Hill. Which, I don't really mind Rock Hill, but I don't think John likes it, haha. Of course, I might be able to find a foreclosed home or something, we'll see. We're still more than 6 months away from buying a house, so its not too bad. Well, actually, now its like 4 months! Wow time is flying!!

Speaking of time flying - EVAN WILL BE 1 YEAR OLD ON THE 29TH! How flippin' insane is that?! Hard to believe how much something that came from inside of you can learn, how they go from being a little ball of nothingness, to a full on mobile-speaking being! He is so amazing to watch, and to grow. We'll be having his birthday party on the 3Oth at John's parents place. I hope to invite a few friends, but its looking like it'll be mostly family, a small crowd, etc. I invited our old roommate (Ian) but I haven't heard back from him :

Ugh, I've been spending the last TWO HOURS working on a pick up in a livejournal community, and Photoshop keeps freezing.. and now my FireFox is freezing. Screw this, I'm going to bed! Oh, I'm thinking about running a special on my graphics, we'll see how that goes!! Goodnight!

Oops, sorry about the long space between updates. I have been moved into my mom's for about 3 weeks now. I haven't done paid work in a very long time, and I'm trying to catch up on my free requests. I'm so exhausted with Evan lately, he's been very fussy and actually broke the antenna to the living room television today! (Needless to say I was mad!) John will be moving into his mom's by the end of this month, and we'll be working and trying to save money to get a house together. We'll save money and get our taxes, and I've heard word of a "First Time Home Buyer" grant that I'm going to look further into. I'm planning on revamping my site after a bit. I ended up never doing that photographer's wedding photos, she wanted to pay me $1OO to edit over 5OO photos - NO THANKS. The whole situation was just very unprofessional and I wasn't that into it.

Soon I've got to start planning for Evan's 1st birthday. I'm going to want to get Mrs Laura to make me a beautiful invititation, I'd like to get his photos professionally done. I'll look more into it, and the cost and such. I know there are lots of cute little photo studios down here in Union. Worst case scenario is just to find my own big 1 to take photos with :P

For those who haven't heard, I'll be moving back home to my mom's for awhile. I just need a break from this apartment and all of the people in it! Evan will come with me, but he'll visit back and forth until I decide to come back, or we get our own place.. assuming all works well in our relationship. I'm not trying to plan anything, I'm just going to leave, and see what happens. It looks like I'll be leaving on Wednesday. I won't have any internet, at least not right away. I can probably check things at the library, and who knows.. maybe I'll get lucky nad mom's apartment will have a WiFi (She lives across from a courthouse and above a museum!!) And if I'm there for a really long time I'm going to look into this... does anyone have it? How does it work? I saw it on commercials and it seemed promising! I'm just hoping I can pick up a signal somewhere near my mom's apartment. I'm kind of excited, she lives in a little town but off of the Main Street there. I'll be trying to get a job and save up some money so I can take a driving course. I don't want my own car, couldn't afford the payments/insurance.. but I definitely want my license so I can get to point B without always having to ask someone. I'm going to try to make a WIC appointment there, and get any financial help I need, as well as a babysitter. I'm sure John will take Evan just as often as I have him, so everything should work out okay.

Hopefully, I'll get to visit Whitney and Donovan, and a few friends I haven't talked to in awhile. I miss my mom, and although I'll miss John, I'll still see him, and I won't have to clean up after everyone like I do here! *shrug*

Today was cool, I woke up at 1:3O due to some loud noises in the living room, then John and I had a little celebration (hah) and I got up and took a shower, while he slept in until around 3. We got up, I continued working on his father's day D-A-D-D-Y project, and he showered, then we went and got breakfast/lunch at the mall. MmMmM McAlister's. Then got smoothies and walked around looking for something for Father's Day and, it was so funny. We went into Hallmark, and John found a picture frame that you could record onto, and it was on sale if you bought three cards, you'd get it for $12 instead of $2O. Well, we didn't need 3 cards, so we got one card and then the frame. We were walking around and John recorded on the frame "I'm going to buy this for $2O because I don't want to buy 3 cards".. and when we were checking out, the lady accidentally pressed the button, and it played back, and she BUSTED out laughing, it was too funny. She said "That made my night!" and gave us the frame for $12! Hahahahhaha. We laughed our whole way out of the store, lol. We came home, John took a nap, and I haven't really done much of anything. I just put up a new layout, I wasn't sure how I felt about it, BUT I think I like it! Johnny made my favicon! :) I miss Ashley but I think she gets her interwebz back tomorrow! Johnny's making me watch "The Improbable Mr. WeeGee", a "Something Weird" movie. Today was okay, John was off so he let me sleep in a bit, and we got up and went to his parents'. His ma made some steaks, and mashed potatoes, my favourite haha. Evan was super grumpy today because his nap was cut short because John was yelling some craziness. Poor guy, he's asleep now and will probably be out all night as long as nobody is too loud or anything. Things are fine, boring but fine. I'm bummed I'm not getting to go to the beach with John, stupid Fresh Market. Its okay, we'll take a vacation together soon if I can help save up some money (anyone wanna buy anything?) haha. My mom barely said anything when I told her. I hope something interesting happens soon, but until then, leave comments on my layout!!

Things are good lately, just busy. Was trying to make plans to go to the beach with my mom, but John's shitty work wouldn't let him have the days off because someone else requested them off a week before him. Lame! My mom already took the vacation time, so I'm not sure if I'll go with her and it just be her and I, or if I won't go and just let her go. I'm really bummed he can't go, I wanted to take him to Planet Hollywood :( Father's Day is fast approaching. I bought John this shirt, and made him and framed this for him. I'm also taking Mrs Laura's idea, and planning on doing a D-A-D-D-Y photo project with Evan, supposing he cooperates! I'm going to make the letter out of paper and getting laminate them, then take the photos, edit, and frame them! I'm super excited to do it, I may do it tomorrow!

Evan had his 9month check up on Thursday. He's now 18lbs even, 27 3/4in long. You can call him Mr Bighead, as his head is in the 9Oth %ile! He gets that from Johnny.. or at least I'd like to tell myself that haha.

I've been feeling angsty when I spend too much time on the computer, so I'm trying to break from that. I have to catch up on some graphic requests though, after I finish Crystal's paid work. I've done 2 of them so far tonight... I'm just so uninspired lately.

Well, gonna go get some ZzZz's.... how is everyone?!

So, the lovely Miss Ashley set up CuteNews for me so now I can blog from here and receive comments. Hurrah! There's not too much going on lately, I had a wonderful night with my Johnny, we stayed up until 6 this morning just talking, it was nice. He told me that I'm his dream girl.. well.. if I was a little quieter :o) We really love those long talks, sucks he had to work at freaking 11 this morning. Tonight we've got to go to Wal-Mart, to get some formula and some food to last us. These next two weeks will be tight because of rent but we'll be alright. I'm supposed to be editing some wedding photos for Brandy but I haven't received the disc in the mail yet and haven't heard from her. I hope that doesn't get messed up. I could use the money, its not a lot but its enough.

I'm excited!! I'm talking Miss Jamie into coming here for Evan's first birthday (August) and she's going to do it! I can't wait to meet her! Its so sad to think that Evan has grown up so fast. He's got his top two teeth in (four total), he turns his head to the side and looks at things from all sorts of angles. He crawls, stands, sits, cruises, bangs, eats, shits and sleeps. I love my little bug.
